Elevate fan experiences as an ERS Administrator in OEG Sports & Entertainment's raffle operations. Focus on managing raffle technology and customer service during events. This position involves supporting raffle operations and enhancing the customer experience for WIN50 clients, including the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation. You’ll oversee the raffle platform, conduct administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your positive nature will help in interacting with both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage raffle operations for clients
• Oversee customer inquiries and troubleshooting
• Conduct event-related training for volunteers
• Schedule sessions and manage raffle draws
• Ensure compliance with AGLC and raffle regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years administration or customer-focused experience
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office software
• Two-year post-secondary education in a relevant field
• AGLC registration eligibility needed
