The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, initiative, and dedication to supporting the well-being of our children and the smooth functioning of our home.Key Responsibilities:- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two children with differing needs- Engage the older child in educational and creative activities, including reading, puzzles, crafts, and imaginative play.- Stimulate the toddler through song, storytelling, and age-appropriate interaction.- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe home environment.- Handle household tasks such as general cleaning, laundry, and toy sanitization.- Plan and prepare light, nutritious meals for the children.- Take initiative in organizing play areas, managing children’s belongings, and anticipating household needs.- Support the overall family routine and contribute to a positive, respectful home atmosphere.Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of professional nanny or domestic helper experience (international experience, particularly in Hong Kong or similar, strongly preferred)- Training in Early Childhood Care, toddler behavior, or related areas is an asset.- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.- Strong command of spoken English; ability to engage children in conversation and play.- Creative, proactive, and nurturing with a “family-first” mindset.Additional Assets:- Excellent organizational and housekeeping skills.- Willingness to participate in storytelling, music, crafts, and interactive play.- Familiarity with structured routines and early childhood development milestones.Work Schedule:- Monday to SundayStandard hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM1.5 to 2 days off per week (to be scheduled in advance)Must be available for early morning starts on occasionLocation:Candidate must live near Vancouver, as early start times are occasionally required.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience.Long-term opportunity with a respectful, supportive familyTo Apply:Please DM Only, if you match above qualifications.Salary: Negotiable, based on experienceAdditional requirementsNot ApplicableMust be able to start at 6am to care for 2 girls ages 1 and 4 years old.
