Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the patient lifespan
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order investigations and develop evidence-informed care plans
- Prescribe medications and initiate specialist or community referrals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and community partners
Requirements:
- Medical degree from a recognized university
- Ontario family physician licence in good standing
- Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada
- Valid OHIP billing number and current CMPA coverage
- Current CPR or BLS certification and English fluency Bring clinical assessment, culturally responsive care, and interdisciplinary collaboration to newcomer primary healthcare in Ottawa.
