Stantec, headquartered in Burnaby, BC, is actively seeking experienced engineers with a strong background in electrical systems and substation design. You will work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams to create efficient project designs while engaging in hands-on site assessments. This role emphasizes both technical expertise and effective mentoring of junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Conduct power flow analysis and lightning protection studies â€
¢ Design major equipment layouts and technical documentation â€
¢ Collaborate with disciplines for complex technical challenges â€
¢ Assist in proposal preparation and project planning â€
¢ Ensure quality engineering services through QA/QC procedures
Requirements:

¢ At least 6 years of detailed engineering for high voltage systems â€
¢ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (P.
Eng required) â€
¢ Familiarity with various engineering software such as WinIGS â€
¢ Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities â€
¢ Valid driver’s license Leverage your skills at Stantec to contribute to the advancement of clean energy solutions.
