Key Responsibilities
• Conduct network maintenance and upgrades for school technology
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff
• Document software and hardware inventory accurately
• Coordinate with facilities for new tech installations
• Ensure appropriate actions for complex technical issues
Requirements:
• Three-year diploma in computer technology
• At least two years of experience in network management
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with vehicle access required
