Nous cherchons un(e) Analyste Financier(e) pour le compte de notre partenaire , une grande compagnie de l’aérospatiale, du transport commercial et industriel , situé à Laval .

Le titulaire de ce poste est principalement responsable des aspects financiers suivants : analyses financières, du processus de fermeture mensuelle ainsi que des rapports financiers pour les usines de Laval et Georgetown.

TÂCHES/RESPONSABILITÉS

Comptabilité:

- Effectuer le processus de fermeture mensuel.
- Superviser la préparation du budget annuel de l'usine incluant le suivi avec les responsables.
- Soumettre les données financières et non-financières sur une base régulière.
- S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des contrôles internes et de l'application de la législation américaine SOX 404 (Sarbanes-Oxley).
- Analyser les postes du bilan en collaboration avec les Services Partagés et l'unité d'affaire située aux États-Unis.
- Contrôler les dépenses en immobilisation et vérifier l'aspect financier des investissements de l'usine.
- Mettre en place des initiatives de réduction des coûts pour les secteurs majeurs.

Environnement, Santé & Sécurité (ESS):

- Apprendre et comprendre les lois et règlements de la compagnie en matière de ESS.
- Porter l’équipement protecteur requis.
- Respecter toutes les règles de sécurité.
- Rapporter les risques potentiels de sécurité, les comportements non sécuritaires et tous les accidents selon les procédures établies par la compagnie.

Qualifications Minimales

- Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en administration des affaires.
- De 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en finance/comptabilité liée au poste ou une combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience telle que décrite ci-dessus.

Qualifications Préférées

- Un titre comptable est un atout.
- L'expérience en comptabilité analytique est fortement souhaitée.
- L'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication serait un avantage.
