- Greet customers and answer their questions
- Help customers find the products they need
- Handle complaints and returns in a professional manner
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise
- Stock and organize products on shelves
- Take inventory and report missing or damaged items
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Set up product displays and promotional signage
- Ensure aisles are clear and safe for customers

- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Assist with product returns and exchanges
- Ensure fast and accurate customer service
