Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls and complete client orders
• Answer queries with a high degree of professionalism
• Process orders via fax, email, and phone
• Liaise with internal departments on operational issues
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Up to 2 years in a customer service capacity
• Mandatory bilingual fluency in French and English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
