Key Responsibilities
• Conduct repairs on Multi-Functional Products (MFPs)
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance
• Maintain detailed records of service calls and parts
• Lead product referrals to existing customers
• Continuous learning to stay ahead with new technologies
Requirements:
• Up to 2 years tech/repair experience in electronics
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA CDIA+ or equivalent experience Support customer needs while gaining valuable technical skills at Konica Minolta in the GTA.
