Wieland is hiring a Customer Care & Logistics Specialist. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities

Customer Care & Logistics Specialist Responsibilities:

- Operative support to the creation of a comprehensive logistics system.
- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including imports from parent company.
- Seek resolution to issues relating to incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and arrange for freight pickups which can include repackaging, handling of products, preparation of packing lists.
- Process orders, changes, adjustments, and accurately load into the company’s system.
- Communicate to customers acknowledgment of the order.
- Answer and address customer inquiries in addition to communicating any possible delays.
- Maintain up-to-date customer profiles in the company’s system.
- Prepare and send invoices in a timely fashion.
- Be the primary internal point of contact for customers after sales.

Qualifications

Customer Care & Logistics Specialist Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in logistics with an international network, preferably with customer service.
- High School Diploma Required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Strong computer skills in Excel and Word required.
- Ability to form positive relationships with internal & external customers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
- Italian language knowledge a plus.
