Key Responsibilities
• Direct the overall operations of the Nursing department
• Ensure effective communication with residents and families
• Implement infection prevention and control practices
• Lead and mentor nursing professionals effectively
• Maintain detailed and accurate nursing documentation
Requirements:
• Active RN registration in Ontario
• Minimum three years of Nursing experience
• Two years in a managerial position in healthcare
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare legislation
• Certification in Infection Control, or willingness to enroll Lead with dedication and enhance care services at H.
