Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of assigned building
- Clean cafeteria, lunch room, storage areas, utility service areas, furnace rooms and boiler rooms
- Clean lighting fixtures and replace light bulbs
- Collect and dispose of garbage/litter within building interior and exterior
- Perform minor maintenance not requiring a skilled tradesperson
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- One year related work experience
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills The successful candidate will be required to provide a Criminal Reference Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check.
