- You will collaborate with HR and business partners to understand reporting needs, gather feedback, and refine solutions that support strategic objectives.
- You will analyze HCM Core business processes, identifying efficiencies and alignment opportunities across workflows.
- You will contribute to cross-functional Workday projects including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- You will develop documentation that clearly outlines business requirements, process improvements, and supporting materials.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years of Workday reporting experience, including HCM Core or related modules
- Proven experience as a senior business analyst focused on HCM systems and process optimization
- Expertise in analyzing workflows and recommending improvements within Workday HCM Core
- Experience supporting Workday module changes and aligning technical solutions to business needs
- Strong documentation skills, including business requirements and process materials
- Ability to collaborate with both technical teams and HR stakeholders
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, and Dashboards
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Index Match, VBA, and data validation

- Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to articulate business process understanding and impact of reporting decisions. (Understand impact to reporting, data and overall business processes.)

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with multiple Workday modules (not required to be SME in all).
- Exposure to AI tools or having an “AI mindset” toward reporting and efficiency. (The “AI first mindset” is across the space – Workday, reporting, HCM Core)
