Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-testing and assist patients throughout their visit.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reconciliations, scheduling, appointment bookings, and ordering supplies.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting doctors and the clinical team. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an optometric practice.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfort working with patients and clinical technology.
