The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog

- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy

- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals

- Lead the product‑release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities

- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions

- Build a product pricing strategy with the revenue teams and other stakeholders

- Build a GTM strategy for the product in alignment with sales and marketing

- Contribute to product documentation, demo environments, and other enabling material

- Responsible for the overall quality of the delivered products

- Manage the entire cycle from conceptualization to deployment of product lifecycle

- Provide support to existing customers on the product needs

- Build a product roadmap for the product’s

- Responsible for gathering requirements from the clients

About you

- Five or more years of experience in product development, product management and/or business analysis, especially in Finance, Banking or Credit Union industries

- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for product development

- Experience in customer experience/CRM implementation

- Experience with products sold through a marketplace

- Understanding of business value related to features and functions

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

- Sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills

- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline

- Proficiency with applicable product management tools and technology
