Key Responsibilities
Inspect and evaluate building infrastructure and equipment
Diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions
Perform routine preventative maintenance activities
Document all maintenance and repair work efficiently
Collaborate with team members for optimal results
Requirements:
Min. 5 years’ experience in building maintenance
Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certification essential
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
