- Drive the manufacturing process, correct defects and ensure productivity.
- Perform equipment inspections and cleaning according to procedures.
- Adjust equipment to meet specifications.
- Verify product quality according to established standards.
- Enter production data into computerized management systems.
- Perform first-level maintenance tasks.
- Ensure proper communication and transition of information between teams.
- Suggest measures to improve production activities and occupational health and safety.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR YourEducation :
- High school diploma. YourExperience :
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Machine Operator.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in a Team Leader position (An asset). YourKnowledge and Competencies:
- Knowledge of machine controls and automation.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance (An asset).
- Experience in reporting results, working with the ERP system (An asset).
- Knowledge of the French language (An asset). YourSkills And Attitudes:
- Safety Awareness
- Strong team spirit, good work ethic.
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with technology
- Problem solving skills
- Mechanically inclined/aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Meticulous in monitoring machine settings and outputs

Conditions:
- The role may include exposure to dusty and hot environments YourPhysicalRequirements :
- Mandatory use of safety glasses, earplugs, and safety boots at all times
- Handling of loads up to 50 lbs
