Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement Year 1 Community Engagement Plan
• Facilitate sessions with youth, families, and service providers
• Document community feedback with respect and confidentiality
• Analyze themes to inform needs assessment and community care development
• Collaborate closely with the Coordinator for project alignment
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years in community engagement facilitation
• Understanding of Anishinaabe culture and protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools
• Ability to communicate in Anishinaabemowin is an asset Support the growth and empowerment of M’Chigeeng's community through effective and culturally-informed engagement.
