Full-Time The Role We are currently searching for a Manager, Sourcing, reporting to Manager, Procurement. This vacancy is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The Manager, Sourcing will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned indirect spend categories, driving supplier performance, cost optimization, and value creation. This role manages strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract agreements while ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance requirements, and risk management standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, leverages market insights and commercial expertise to support informed decision-making, strengthen supplier relationships, and deliver sustainable business results Location Our Corporate Office is currently located in Bolton, ON.

We offer
a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three in-office days per week and on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function. As part of our continued growth, we are relocating our Corporate Office to Milton, ON with a planned entry at the end of 2027. Employees in this role will be expected to work from the Milton location once the transition is complete. Up to 15% of business travel is required to support organizational needs, therefore a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required. What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute category strategies by analyzing spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and business needs to drive value, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including supplier assessments, competitive bidding, negotiations, and contract awards to secure optimal commercial outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to provide procurement expertise, align sourcing strategies with organizational priorities, and communicate market insights and recommendations
- Manage supplier relationships and performance by conducting business reviews, monitoring service levels, addressing performance issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee contract lifecycle management including contract development, negotiation, execution, renewals, amendments, and compliance with commercial, legal, and operational requirements
- Mitigate supplier and contractual risk by ensuring adherence to governance standards and partnering with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support risk management strategies
- Provide SAP procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise, supporting stakeholders with system guidance, issue resolution, and process best practices
- Drive procurement process improvement and compliance by monitoring data quality and purchase order accuracy, optimizing workflows, and maintaining training and process documentation.
- Develop and deliver procurement analytics and reporting through dashboards, supplier scorecards, KPI tracking, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making
- Leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance sourcing outcomes, supplier performance, procurement effectiveness, and transformation initiatives
- Support procurement improvements through process enhancements, tools, governance, and risk management initiative

- Post-Secondary School Education in Business or Supply Chain or related
- SCMP or CPSM designation required Experience
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management, with a strong preference for expertise in indirect spend categories. Preferred category experience includes Supply Chain, IT, and Professional Services
