- Lead the design, development, validation, and production release of exterior handles, latches, and/or strikers.
- Manage mechanical and electrical component integration, CAD packaging, BOM, and engineering changes.
- Coordinate DVP&R testing and support prototype and production builds.
- Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Support assembly plants and field/warranty investigations, including root cause analysis.
- Manage CAD models in Teamcenter and drive cost, weight, and performance improvements.
