Key Responsibilities
• Analyze tender documents and blueprints for various projects
• Prepare accurate and detailed quantity surveys
• Formulate labor and material costs for quotations
• Coordinate with suppliers to optimize pricing and materials
• Assist with the technical aspects of bids and submissions
Requirements:
• Architectural Technologist Diploma or equivalent experience
• Expertise in AutoCad, Excel, and PDF applications
• Strong command of English for clear communication
• Understanding of manufacturing processes for aluminum extrusions
