Your Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Bridge Team Lead reporting directly to the British Columbia Bridge Lead, to become part of our dynamic transportation business group in British Columbia. Stantec’s transportation business group has a strong local presence and participates in some of Stantec’s largest and most iconic transportation projects locally, nationally, and globally. The successful candidate will be someone with a strong bridge design and management background also demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and passion for leading and empowering teams.

A Bridge Team Lead has interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to foster a positive team environment, work collaboratively with multiple disciplines and support a culture of safety. Through your broad consulting background, you will perform a variety of tasks which may include:

- design & design management

- business planning and growth

- project management

- people leadership

- client account management

- resource planning

- proposal writing

- quality management
