Who Are We Looking For?

As a Beauty Advisor you will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales to exceed targets. Reporting to the Store Manager you will enthusiastically demonstrate Laline beauty care products, suggest routines that meet customers’ needs, and share your knowledge of Laline ingredients, skincare benefits, application methods and price.

Responsibilities

- Support store success by meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales results and planning to achieve targets.
- Create a culture that reinforces sales performance, superior service and teamwork.
- Develop business acumen to understand and support store success.
- Protect assets by preventing internal and external theft, maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support successful integration and onboarding of new talent.
- Demonstrate behaviours that encourage a positive and engaging work environment.
- Collaborate with co‑workers to ensure mutual success and an inclusive environment for all.
- Consult customers by asking questions to determine their needs and preferences.
- Present products, demonstrate textures and fragrances, and share information that meets customer needs.
- Close by introducing any special promotions and closing the sale when the customer is ready.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
- Success in hitting sales targets.
- Ability to learn new skills and product knowledge.
- Open to receiving feedback for improvement and to develop and grow.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bonus: prior experience in beauty retail.
