What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Have
This role is the critical link between the Advisor, the practice, and our most valuable clients, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and exceptional service experience.
- Client Relationship Management: Be the primary day-to-day contact for HNW clients, providing a superior level of personal service and handling all operational requests (wires, EFTs, contributions, disbursements).
- Operational Excellence: Execute and process client trade orders, manage the full lifecycle of client accounts (onboarding, transfers, KYC updates), and maintain strict compliance with CIRO rules and Client Focused Reforms (CFRs).
- Advisor Support: Prepare all materials for client meetings (portfolio reviews, new account proposals), assist in managing the overall investment book, and generate performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting an Investment Advisor within a CIRO/IIROC environment (e.g., Client Service Associate, Associate Advisor, or senior administrative capacity).
- Licensing: Must possess the CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and/or an active IR/RR (Investment Representative/Registered Representative) license.
- Expertise: Excellent understanding of securities, registered savings, and a strong knowledge of CIRO compliance requirements.
- Interest in Financial Planning
