A leadership opportunity awaits as a Human Resources Manager for a well-established manufacturing organization in the Niagara Region. Full-time and onsite, this role emphasizes strategic thinking alongside hands-on HR expertise.
With 5–8 years of HR experience, your
key responsibilities
will include leading recruitment efforts, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This position seeks an approachable individual with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment and onboarding efforts
• Support performance management and employee retention
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with workplace standards and legislation
• Facilitate training initiatives and workplace investigations
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of HR experience, particularly in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of Ontario employment legislation
• Proven health and safety program support experience
• CHRP or CHRL designation considered beneficial
