Key Responsibilities
Lead complex urban planning and development initiatives
Oversee and approve site plan and zoning applications
Collaborate with various professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes
Organize and manage public consultation processes
Mentor and develop junior planners within the team
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of urban planning experience
Urban Planning degree required; Master’s preferred
Membership in OPPI or eligibility to apply
Thorough understanding of Ontario's planning policies
Experience in urban design and community engagement considered an asset Leverage your skills to guide urban development and contribute to vibrant, sustainable communities.
