Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily drilling, piling, and grouting operations
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to meet schedules
• Assign tasks and monitor crew performance closely
• Conduct safety meetings and hazard assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and site requirements
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role in heavy civil construction
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of drilling, rigging, and concrete placement
• Ability to read construction drawings effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Lead with safety and professionalism at Hall Shoring & Foundations while mentoring crews in foundation drilling practices.
