Join Precision Human Capital as a Senior Electrical Engineer, leveraging your 8-10 years of experience in heavy industries and municipal infrastructures across Alberta. This role emphasizes proficiency in E-Tap, project leadership, and innovative solution development.
As a pivotal member of the consulting engineering team, you will oversee electrical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. You will utilize your extensive technical knowledge to drive innovation for retrofits and installations, alongside managing medium voltage systems and support systems for utilities and power generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead electrical engineering projects from start to finish
• Utilize E-Tap for electrical system analysis and design
• Ensure reliable power distribution with switchgear and transformers
• Implement protection relay systems for safeguarding
• Collaborate with teams to deliver complete design packages
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of electrical engineering experience in Alberta
• APEGA registration as an Intermediate/Senior Electrical Engineer
• Proficient in E-Tap or equivalent design software
• Strong background in medium voltage systems
