Key Responsibilities
• Conduct technology evaluations and rollout strategies
• Author documentation and maintain knowledge-sharing materials
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
• Implement AI-driven automation to optimize workflows
• Lead training sessions and user enablement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in endpoint engineering or services analytics
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and endpoint security tools
• Hands-on experience with meeting room technologies
• Ability to write scripts using PowerShell
