AtkinsRéalis is dedicated in engineering a better future for our planet and its people.**As a Manager in Municipal Infrastructure, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians and assist in achieving the objectives of the Municipal Infrastructure Department.**Your role within the team*** Support in implementing methods and procedures according to corporate standards.* Manage the human, financial, and material resources of your department.* Plan resources for projects and participate in annual human resources processes (recruitment, performance evaluations, resource development plans, training, etc.).* Participate in business development for your department. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with APEGA and/or APEGS and willing to become a member in other provinces when required.* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in managing large-scale Municipal infrastructure projects and at least 3 years in managing/coordinating technical teams.* Proactive and methodical, with the ability to manage priorities and take initiative.* Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading & writing).* Completed large-scale assignments with various cities.Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $129,800 - $178,500 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
