Join our team Role As a Manager in Municipal Infrastructure, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians and assist in achieving the objectives of the Municipal Infrastructure Department for the West region. Responsibilities Support in implementing methods and procedures according to corporate standards. Manage the human, financial, and material resources of your department. Plan resources for projects and participate in annual human resources processes such as recruitment, performance evaluations, resource development plans, and training. Participate in business development for your department and in the writing of proposals. Act as a manager for several projects. Participate in and/or lead the execution of municipal infrastructure projects. Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with service deliverables, budgets, and schedules. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with APEGA and/or APEGS and willing to become a member in other provinces when required. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale municipal infrastructure projects and at least 3 years managing/coordinating technical teams. Proactive and methodical, with the ability to manage priorities and take initiative. Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Completed large-scale assignments with various cities.
