The Role: Operations & Admin Specialist

This is a high-ownership, do-what-it-takes role at the heart of a fast-moving startup. You’ll support leadership, streamline operations, organize information, set up systems, manage logistics, and jump into whatever the company needs next. No two days will look the same. If you thrive in ambiguity, love solving operational puzzles, and naturally bring order to chaos, this role gives you the chance to build foundational processes from the ground up and shape how Dominion Dynamics runs.

What You’ll Do

- Run day-to-day office operations and act as the go-to person for solving problems quickly

- Keep the workspace organized, efficient, and set up for a high-output team

- Support onboarding and offboarding to help new hires hit the ground running

- Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting flow, and prioritization for leaders

- Coordinate internal meetings, team syncs, and all‑hands sessions

- Support the creation of decks, notes, and internal communication materials

- Handle bookkeeping (expenses, invoices, vendor setup, receipts)

- Maintain clean, organized systems and documentation across tools

- Help organize internal events, offsites, demos, and milestone celebrations

- Contribute to team-building moments that keep the company connected and aligned
