🏥 Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care based on best practices and care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and families
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Uphold patient confidentiality and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and training initiatives
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred, but new graduates welcome)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure healthcare environments
