RKD is looking to hire an experienced Software Development Project Manager. This position will be responsible for building relationships with clients from a variety of industries and help move projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and translate requirements between clients and design/development staff
2. Assist in project cost estimating and resource planning
3. Prioritize and organize timelines and deliverables
4. Coordinate between design and development resources; assist with quality assurance
5. Manage multiple projects at once, of varying sizes and stages of development life cycle
6. Manage expectations both internally and externally

Essential skills

1. 5 years in a software development and design setting
2. 3 years project management experience
3. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
4. Must be a team player that can work independently and take direction from others
5. A solid understanding of web design/development standards and usability
6. Experience in working with large/complex projects and high-value clients
7. Self-starter who goes the extra step in making sure a project gets launched
8. Great attention to detail and be highly organized
9. Ability to pivot quickly. This place moves fast
10. Web agency experience a strong asset.
