YOUR IMPACT

You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. You will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes while helping build scalable and robust ServiceNow-based solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization.

YOUR TEAM

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, including Project and Development, Architecture, IT Services, and Transformation. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and ServiceNow configurations.

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

- Design secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices.

- Support testing, training, change management, and stay current with ServiceNow trends.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
