ServiceNow BPC/Business Analyst

You will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes while helping build scalable and robust ServiceNow-based solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together. WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and ServiceNow configurations. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Design secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices. Support testing, training, change management, and stay current with ServiceNow trends. Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
