Youngs Insurance Brokers Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Marketer to join our dynamic Niagara Falls team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

- Review commercial submissions for accuracy and completeness

- Underwrite submissions from Account Executives and request additional information as needed

- Assess customer needs, explain products and coverages, and provide clear recommendations to Account Executives

- Enter submissions into Policy Works and distribute them to market

- Negotiate terms and coverages with insurers

- Prepare and issue commercial proposals and binders

- Build and maintain strong insurer relationships

- Quote small business accounts using company portals

- Collaborate effectively with Account Executives and affiliate offices

Knowledge & Qualifications

- Additional industry designations (CAIB, CIP, CRIM) considered an asset

- Working knowledge of specialty insurance products is an asset

- Experience with SIG XP and Policy Works is preferred

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

- Commitment to contributing positively to a team-driven culture
