OEM Parts Purchaser
Our Corporate Head Office is seeking a full-time OEM Parts Buyer. The right candidate will be responsible for researching parts, ensuring proper approval internally and from manufacturer/supplier, working with warranty for pre-approvals, ordering parts, and monitoring parts orders. Excellent people skills are essential when dealing with customers and internal staff. The right person can expect competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive dealership environment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
2. Create and modify purchase orders
3. Issue purchase orders to appropriate vendors to order parts
4. Record warranty parts returned
5. Create special ordered parts on dealership computer system and notify ASM, technician, or client upon receipt
6. Review special order parts tracking
7. Process and close open invoices
8. Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
9. Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued

Wages
$20.00 - $25.00 hourly depending on experience with IDS (ERP System), the RV industry, and the parts ordering process.
