Reporting to the Group Client Directors, the Brand Partnership Manager plays an integral role in developing strategic, high impact transactional and custom media solutions leveraging Globe Media Group assets including: print, digital, events, podcast, and custom content. Experience within luxury retail, B2B and CPG categories is an asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain and grow client relationships at a senior level, including agency clients and client direct.
2. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and sales KPI’s.
3. Commitment to excellence in sales disciplines, including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM.
4. Prospecting and new business development: establish new relationships and drive new business growth from net new accounts and new lines of business within active accounts.
5. Employ consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and insights to inform your solutions to deliver optimal business outcomes for your clients.
6. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop strategic solutions and deliver winning proposals that meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
7. Work with the Media Strategists, Content Studio, Product Team, Revenue Management, and Program managers to ensure quality in execution, packaging, and pricing.
8. Together with ad operations, monitor campaign performance, delivering timely insights and optimization strategies to deliver on client KPI’s.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or related College Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a related field (Advertising, Marketing, Media Sales).
2. Proven track record of success in delivering on sales and revenue objectives.
3. Demonstrated passion for the media industry and delivering solutions to meet and exceed client objectives.
4. Established relationships with senior media buyers and planners (agency and client).
5. B2B and B2C category fluency.
6. Digital sales experience and understanding of digital marketing, data, and programmatic.
7. Experience in solution selling, content marketing, and integrated solutions across print, digital, video, podcast, and events.
8. Strong strategic account planning skills to develop, retain, and grow business.
9. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
10. Strong collaboration skills and ability to confidently lead a cross-functional team.
11. Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM.
12. Microsoft Office capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills.

VACCINATION POLICY:
