SEO Analyst

Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a data-driven and strategic SEO Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team. As an SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI on content and website performance. This is a remote opportunity ideal for candidates who are passionate about search engine algorithms, analytics, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with company goals to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

- Perform detailed technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

- Collaborate with content writers and web developers to optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.

- Monitor competitor SEO activities and trends to maintain Progressive Technologys competitive edge.

- Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for website improvements to boost organic rankings and user experience.

- Track keyword performance and generate monthly reports highlighting SEO growth and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or related field.

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

- Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.

Experience

- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an SEO role.

- Prior experience managing SEO for websites with high traffic volume is a plus.

- Experience with international/multilingual SEO is a bonus.

Working Hours

- Full-time: Monday to Friday

- Flexible working hours with a focus on results and project delivery

- Remote position with availability for occasional team meetings in IST/UTC time zones

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with basic web development practices and content management systems.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content creators.

- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
