On the Consumer and Small business team, you'll work across a portfolio of brands and solutions. As our Specialist, Marketing Planning, you will be responsible for identifying and building new short & long-term strategic plans, opportunity analysis, KPI/scorecard based growth driving initiatives to excel our wireless & residential business. This includes advanced data analysis, executive-level storytelling & collaboration across the marketing organization. In this role, you will help dictate Bell's household strategy & priorities

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize data-driven marketing/decision-making culture within the organization
- Understand and be enthusiastic about market landscaping, market share movements, segmentation, customer profiling, and curious about change drivers
- Monitor competitive landscape through building and maintaining scorecards related to product, pricing, and new marketing activity and trends
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams & external partners
- Understand the end-user and what makes our customers tick
- Build strong, clear & concise exec-level decks using PowerPoint & advanced Excel, and be comfortable presenting to executives regularly

Critical Qualifications

- 1-3 years' experience in market insights, analysis, strategy, or segmentation in a data-driven environment leveraging business intelligence software (Microstrategy, SAS, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a very high attention to detail
- Confidently prioritize your own work & timelines to keep organized
- Experience in telecommunications is an asset
