Montreal administrative region, Canada Lightspeed Full time

Overview Hi there Thanks for stopping by 👋 Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place As the IAM Product Manager, you will be the Strategic Owner of our Identity and Access Management capability. You will be instrumental in building and scaling a new Product Management function within our IAM Program, moving beyond short-term implementation to ensure long-term sustainability and business alignment. By acting as the End-to-End Owner of the IAM service, you will ensure that our identity platforms remain useful, secure, and integrated as the enterprise ecosystem expands. If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on an international scale, then this is the position for you What you’ll be doing - Strategy & Capability Ownership: Foster a useful, sustainable, and business-aligned IAM capability that serves as a long-term service rather than a series of fragmented projects. - Backlog & Roadmap Leadership: Define and prioritize a living backlog of work dictated by real-world value, risk reduction, and user feedback. - Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a central point of contact to align the needs of product users with IAM best practices. - Standardized Integration: Establish and communicate standardized expectations for new application integrations to ensure manageability over time. - Feature Lifecycle: Prioritize new feature needs—such as non-nominal account management—and track their success through defined ROI indicators. - Governance Development: Update and maintain the normative framework (standards and directives) to ensure IAM expectations are followed enterprise-wide. - Build & Run Synergy: Ensure that "Build" and "Run" activities are designed together, allowing for continuous, incremental improvements planned from the start. - Knowledge Continuity: Focus on internalizing critical knowledge within the product team to ensure the "boat stays afloat" over time. What you need to bring - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IAM (including experience in IGA and PAM) in complex technological environments - Expertise in IGA and PAM tools: knowledge of market-leading tools and the functionalities that can be applied to them - Product Management Expertise: Proven track record of managing a technical product lifecycle with a focus on long-term sustainability. - SaaS Environment: Experience working within a global SaaS organization is highly preferred. - Implementation experience: Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring the implementation of GIA and PAM functionalities, and in application integration (stakeholder alignment, integration testing, integration team coaching, etc.). - Collaborative Mindset: A "Make It Together" approach, helping teams grow and solving impossible challenges with energy and positivity. - Strategic Vision: Ability to adjust the IAM vision as the corporate ecosystem develops, ensuring the platform remains concrete and usage-based. - Analytical Rigor: A commitment to being "Data Driven," choosing analysis over anecdotes and asking hard questions to make informed decisions. - Strategic Impact: Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps and long-term solutions. We know that people are more than what’s on their CV. If you’re unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the ‘Apply’ button and let’s have a chat What’s in it for you? Come live the Lightspeed experience... - Lots of autonomy, flexible work culture and the option of fully remote work - Genuine career opportunities in a company that’s creating new jobs every day - Opportunity to make a difference; help courses grow their businesses and become more successful by creating or improving products and addressing customer feedback - Work in a team big enough for growth but lean enough to make a real impact - Development of very high traffic products, used at the global scale - Opportunities to learn and expand your skill set - Become a valued part of the diverse and inclusive Lightspeed family … and enjoy a range of benefits that’ll keep you happy, healthy and (not) hungry: - Lightspeed equity scheme (we are all owners) - Flexible paid time off policy - Extended Healthcare benefits - Health and wellness benefit of $500 per year - Paid leave and assistance for new parents - Mental health online platform and counseling & coaching services - Volunteer day Where to from here? Obviously, this has to be mutually beneficial: we want you to step into a role you love, and we want to offer you a place you’re proud to come to every day.
