What we do: Run a Fulfillment center for eCommerce companies: A big warehouse with thousands of products and millions of pieces of inventory. We pick, pack, and ship orders to our clients' customers all over the world. We'll ship a few hundred thousand shipments this year, and we started just 2 years ago. What You’ll Do: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our 3PL team and take full ownership of inventory accuracy across our facility. This role is critical in ensuring all inventory data is 100% accurate at all times to support smooth, reliable fulfillment operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular audits and system checks - Proactively create and manage a cycle count schedule based on SKU velocity, value, and client-specific needs - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner - Collaborate with receiving, picking, and shipping teams to prevent and correct inventory errors at the source - Track and report on inventory KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with inventory-related client inquiries and reporting as needed - Support new client onboarding and product setup from an inventory accuracy perspective What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in inventory control, ideally in a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment environment - Deep understanding of WMS systems (ShipHero Preferred) and inventory best practices - Highly proactive and detail-driven with strong analytical skills - Able to take ownership of the inventory function and continuously improve processes What You Bring to the Table: - A proven track record in inventory management—preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment. - Leadership skills that inspire others to follow your lead without hesitation. - An eye for detail and a knack for solving problems on the fly. - Mastery of inventory management software and the essential tools of the trade.
