Penta Equipment seeks an Experienced CNC Operator to enhance production in Glencoe, Ontario. This role demands expertise in operating CNC lathes and mills for manufacturing precision components. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will set up machines, load materials, and carry out quality inspections. You’ll also have the responsibility to verify offsets and troubleshoot any complications in the machining process. This position requires a methodical approach with an emphasis on quality and safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Operate CNC lathes and mills for various production jobs â€
¢ Secure workpieces using appropriate fixtures â€
¢ Install tooling and verify offsets accurately â€
¢ Conduct first-off inspections and monitor production quality â€
¢ Identify and report any tooling or program issues
