Job Description
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in construction management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Construction should have:
- Proven experience working for an ICI General Contractor overseeing $10M to $80M ground up new build and renovation projects in the light industrial construction industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
