Job Description Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to close-out. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Foster a positive and productive team environment throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager - Construction should have: A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in managing design build construction projects within the light industrial construction industry, in a general contracting environment, valued between $10M and $80M in scope. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
