We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and expand our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in insurance operations, team leadership, and insurance sales. They will be responsible for meeting operational targets, coaching brokers, and driving revenue growth through effective operations strategies.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities of an Operations Manager:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
2. Drive new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
3. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance professionals
4. Set performance goals and monitor team achievements
5. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance productivity
6. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly
7. Prepare and analyze reports, providing insights to senior management
8. Implement underwriting guidelines administered by various markets
9. Attend required training courses

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (preferred)
2. Actively RIBO licensed is a requirement
3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
4. Proficient knowledge of Personal Lines or Commercial Lines required
5. Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets
6. Proficiency with Powerbroker, Applied Ratings Services, and market portals
