About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will support and manage customer-facing projects from initiation through delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support end-to-end project execution within the manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer teams.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
- Lead or support customer-facing discussions, updates, and issue resolution.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs; escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure proper documentation throughout the project life cycle (requirements, meeting notes, reports).
- Facilitate meetings, communicate action items, and hold contributors accountable.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Contribute to project process improvements and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of project management experience preferrably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing customer-facing projects with direct interaction and communication responsibilities.
- Completion of at least two full project development life cycles from initiation to closure.
- Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and customers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
