About This Role
Job Summary:
- The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for evaluating component availability for upcoming projects based on established schedules. This individual plays a key role in cross-functional coordination by participating in multidisciplinary meetings to assess timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the availability of parts and materials required for future projects according to production schedules.- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.- Communicate requirements across various supply chain functions.- Lead team meetings focused on schedules, project status, priorities, and cadence adjustments.- Use ERP systems (Oracle) and Power BI dashboards to monitor supply chain data.- Analyze supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).- Produce data analyses using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, charts, etc.).
**Skills**: - Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles- Experience in data analysis- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills-
- Bilingual (English and French)
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field- Relevant experience in supply chain or production planning
