Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic junior Engagement Coordinator – Members, Volunteers & Health Network to join our client's nonprofit team. As a key player, you'll be responsible for volunteer coordination, charity member engagement, and supporting the launch of the Health Advisory Network to enhance stakeholder relationships and amplify the organization's mission.

What You'll Do:

- Volunteer Engagement & Stewardship: Support the execution of a Volunteer Stewardship Strategy in collaboration with leadership, focusing on recruitment, engagement, and retention. Standardize workflows, communications, and materials to enhance the volunteer experience. Manage screening, onboarding, and training while maintaining records in the CRM. Coordinate appreciation initiatives and gather feedback to optimize engagement strategies.

- Member Engagement Coordination: Support the Member Engagement Framework by fostering relationships with member charities and coordinating key initiatives, including council meetings and the Annual Members' Symposium. Assist with member communications, impact storytelling, and volunteer speaker recruitment, especially for Quebec-based initiatives.

- Health Advisory Network Coordination: Maintain participant databases, manage communications, and coordinate surveys and data collection to support program analysis.

- General Administrative & Event Support: Assist with scheduling, communications, and logistics. Support workplace campaigns through events, meetings, and public speaking. Perform additional duties to enhance member and volunteer engagement programs.

What We're Looking For:

- Post-secondary education in Communications, Business, Fundraising, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Exposure to volunteer program management, stakeholder engagement, or nonprofit fundraising.
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, public speaking, and community engagement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for building meaningful connections.
- Thrives in a dynamic, people-focused role with frequent interaction.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) required.

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de l'engagement – Membres, Bénévoles et Réseau de Santé dynamique pour rejoindre l'équipe d'un organisme à but non lucratif. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de la coordination des bénévoles, de l'engagement des organisations caritatives membres et du soutien au lancement du Réseau consultatif en santé, visant à renforcer les relations avec les parties prenantes et à amplifier la mission de l'organisation.

Vos responsabilités :

- Engagement et gestion des bénévoles : Soutenir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d'intendance des bénévoles en collaboration avec la direction, en mettant l'accent sur le recrutement, l'engagement et la fidélisation. Standardiser les processus, communications et outils pour améliorer l'expérience des bénévoles. Gérer le filtrage, l'intégration et la formation des bénévoles tout en maintenant les dossiers à jour dans le CRM. Coordonner les initiatives de reconnaissance et recueillir des commentaires pour optimiser l'engagement.

- Engagement des membres et coordination des parties prenantes : Soutenir le Cadre d'engagement des membres en développant des relations avec les organismes caritatifs membres et en coordonnant des initiatives clés, y compris les réunions du conseil des membres et le Symposium annuel des membres. Participer aux communications avec les membres, à la collecte d'histoires d'impact et au recrutement de conférenciers bénévoles, notamment pour les initiatives basées au Québec.

- Coordination du Réseau consultatif en santé : Maintenir et mettre à jour les bases de données des participants, gérer les communications et coordonner les enquêtes et la collecte de données pour soutenir l'analyse du programme.

- Soutien administratif et événementiel : Aider à la planification, aux communications et à la logistique. Soutenir les campagnes en milieu de travail en participant à des événements, des réunions avec les parties prenantes et des engagements de prise de parole en public. Assurer d'autres tâches connexes visant à améliorer l'engagement des membres et des bénévoles.

Profil recherché :

- Diplôme postsecondaire en communication, administration des affaires, collecte de fonds, gestion des organisations à but non lucratif ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience dans la gestion de programmes de bénévolat, l'engagement des parties prenantes ou la collecte de fonds à but non lucratif.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en coordination d'événements, en prise de parole en public et en engagement communautaire.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion de projet.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes CRM.
- Communicateur(trice) dynamique et proactif(ve), à l'aise pour établir des relations en personne.
- Capacité à interagir avec divers intervenants, notamment les membres, les bénévoles et les participants du réseau de santé.
- Épanouissement dans un rôle centré sur les interactions humaines dans un environnement dynamique.
- Esprit d'équipe collaboratif, motivé(e) par une mission.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.
